1. Products sold
The vela-air.com website offers hands-free neck fans for sale under the brand Vela Air, including:
- Vela Air Signature
- Vela Air Flow
The products are designed to improve personal comfort during hot days by providing airflow around the neck and lower face.
Vela Air is not an air conditioner. The product does not cool a room's temperature and is not a medical device.
The main characteristics of the products are indicated on the product pages: colors, battery life, usage, design, operating mode, and essential information.
2. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included where applicable.
Vela Air reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the customer validates the order.
Any delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.
3. Order
The customer selects the product(s) of their choice, adds them to the cart, then validates their order after checking the cart's contents.
Before payment, the customer must check:
- the chosen product;
- the color;
- the quantity;
- the delivery address;
- the total price;
- any delivery fees.
The order is considered final after payment validation.
Vela Air reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, a manifest pricing error, or product unavailability.
4. Payment

In the event of an error in the address provided by the customer, Vela Air cannot be held responsible for a delay, return, or inability to deliver.

6. Delays, lost or damaged packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must promptly contact customer service so that a check can be made with the carrier.
In case of a damaged product received, the customer must contact Vela Air as soon as possible with:
- the order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photos of the product and packaging.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer generally has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Returns & withdrawal
The product must be returned in a condition allowing its resale, complete, clean, undamaged, with any accessories.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by Vela Air or a confirmed defective product.
Reimbursement occurs after receipt and verification of the returned product, according to the payment method used during the order.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases provided by law, particularly for certain personalized, sealed, or products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection after opening.
If an exception applies to a product, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or at the time of order.
9. Legal guarantees
Products sold on the site benefit from applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

However, photographs, visuals, and renderings may slightly differ from the actual product, particularly due to lighting, the screen used, or color rendering.
Vela Air cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product, use not in accordance with instructions, or a case of force majeure.
